With a technical, multisectoral, and evidence-based approach, the MBCBrasil Institute connects companies, associations, and experts to the key debates on the decarbonization of mobility.

Through structured dialogue with public authorities, active participation in regulatory discussions, and the development of technical studies, the Institute acts as a reference hub for building viable, safe, and competitive solutions for the mobility sector.

Members of the MBCBrasil Institute take part directly in the formulation of technical contributions, the development of institutional positions, and ongoing dialogue with public officials and policymakers.

Abiogás

The Brazilian Biogas and Biomethane Association (Abiogás) was founded in 2013 by the gathering of people and companies who wanted to see these biofuels disseminated in the Brazilian energy matrix. Its purpose is to bring together the interests of companies, whether established in Brazil or abroad, involved in developing the production and consumption of biogas and biomethane.

TECHNOLOGY / ENGINEERING

The Brazilian Machinery and Equipment Industry Association (ABIMAQ) has been working alongside SINDIMAQ (National Machinery Industry Union) for over 85 years to drive industrial growth with a focus on technological innovation and business development.

It represents the sector institutionally, while also promoting trade and international cooperation, mobilizing the market, contributing to professional training, and supporting technological and process modernization.

ABIMAQ works daily to deliver on these commitments, providing its members with experience, networking, knowledge, personalized support, and business opportunities—empowering them to lead in their markets and to foster the development of the Brazilian economy.

Abipeças

The Brazilian Auto Parts Industry Association (Abipeças) works to develop and strengthen this sector, which is made up of small, medium and large companies throughout the country. It comprises more than 500 members, with national and foreign capital, who supply all of the Brazilian automakers and the aftermarket, meeting the demands of around 47 million vehicles (in 2022). They also export to approximately 180 markets. It works together with the National Union of the Automotive Components Industry (Sindipeças), which reached its 70th anniversary in 2023.
