The Brazilian Biogas and Biomethane Association (Abiogás) was founded in 2013 by the gathering of people and companies who wanted to see these biofuels disseminated in the Brazilian energy matrix. Its purpose is to bring together the interests of companies, whether established in Brazil or abroad, involved in developing the production and consumption of biogas and biomethane.

The Brazilian Auto Parts Industry Association (Abipeças) works to develop and strengthen this sector, which is made up of small, medium and large companies throughout the country.
